1. Client must read all TOS before agreeing to a Commission.

2) Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by the Client.

3) Payments $50 and under must be made up front in full before preliminary work begins. Works above $50 must be paid in half up front. All fee's must be paid for by the client. No exceptions.

4) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.

​

5) The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior. There will be no refund given if there is rude, or inappropriate behavior.

6) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.

​

7) The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.

8) By commissioning me, you agree to follow all terms of service.
